Sending electronic claims

Participating Delta Dental providers, as well as non-participating providers, can immediately take advantage of the many benefits of the Dental Office Toolkit (DOT), including electronic claim submission. Most claims are processed within seconds and the convenient online submission process (including attachments) eliminates the need for manual paperwork.

Sending paper claims

If you do not have access to electronic submission, we can still process your paper claims sent via the U.S. postal service. To ensure that your claim arrives at the correct Delta Dental member company for processing, please check the Delta Dental contact list, or visit the new claims mailing address look-up tool linked below.

For Delta Dental of North Carolina claims,

The correct address for all claims, paper and electronic, is:
Delta Dental
PO Box 9085
Farmington Hills, MI 48333-9085
