What are the customer feed text messages I am receiving?
This is a free, secure and personalized mobile communication network providing you relevant information about your account and other educational content. When you are connected to the free Relay service, a personal message feed will be automatically created for you. An SMS message will be sent to your mobile device with a link to access your personal message feed. Unlike social media platforms, no one can see the messages on your feed but you.
When you have new content or a message posted to your feed, you will receive an SMS alert to notify you

What are the benefits?
Relay is the fastest and easiest way to stay on top of your most important communications. Designed just for you, Relay delivers the information you need, right when you need it, to your own private online message feed.
Direct links to member portal to access your personal account information and details means you'll reduce the time you spend trying to find what you need.

Am I charged for this service?
The service is free, but depending on your mobile plan, standard message and data rates may apply. Msg & Data Rates may apply disclaimer is included with every SMS message, and the member has the ability to opt out at that point in time.

Can I opt out of the Relay program if I no longer want to receive text messages?
You can opt out of receiving notifications at any time by going to the most recent message you received, and text STOP to the long or shortcode.

I accidentally opted out or texted "stop," how can I sign back up?
Contact the company who sent you the message, and let them know you would like to begin receiving messages again.

Will my information be sold to a 3rd party?
Your information is secure and will never be sold to a third party.

I never received the SMS text that was sent to me?
Contact customer service to confirm the mobile number they have on file for you.
As a second level of triage, some mobile phones and carriers suppress SMS messages from short codes. Please confirm the settings on your phone allow for short code notifications.
If you have difficulty locating these settings on your device, you should contact your carrier (example AT&T) to have a representative assist you.

How long is the link in my SMS text message active for?
The link is active for 72 hours upon receipt of the SMS message. If you access the link after this timeframe, you may receive a notification that your auth link has expired. You can click the resend auth link button at the bottom of the screen, and you will receive a new SMS message with a new, personalized link to access your message feed.

Is this feed directly linked to my personal Member Portal account?
No, you will have your own separate login credentials to any other web portals you access associated with that company. If you would like to opt-in to text messaging communication, please log into member portal and update your preferences.
